Refund & Cancellation Policy

All payments are final. No refunds. No cancellations. No exceptions.
1. No Refund Policy
All fees paid for any subscription plan or one-time purchase are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Once a payment is successfully processed, it cannot be reversed, refunded, or credited back to the original payment method.
This policy applies to:
- Monthly subscription plans
- Yearly subscription plans
- One-time or lifetime access purchases
- Any add-on or upgrade purchases
We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or no longer wishing to use the platform
- Accidental or unintentional purchases
- Duplicate purchases
- Failure to cancel before a renewal date
- Inactivity or non-usage of the account
- Dissatisfaction with content, features, or platform performance
- Finding an alternative service
- Technical issues on the user's device or internet connection
2. No Cancellation Policy
Once a payment is completed and confirmed, the transaction is final and cannot be cancelled. Plans remain active for the full billing period purchased.
- Monthly plans: active for the full month purchased
- Yearly plans: active for the full 12-month period purchased
- Lifetime plans: active as long as the platform operates
Cancelling access to your account or stopping usage of the platform does not entitle you to a refund for any remaining period of your subscription.
3. No Exceptions
We do not make exceptions to this policy under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Accidental renewals or forgotten cancellations
- Medical emergencies or personal circumstances
- Duplicate charges (please contact us — genuine technical errors will be investigated and corrected, but subscription fees remain non-refundable)
- Platform downtime or temporary unavailability
- Account suspension or termination due to Terms of Service violations
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider for a valid charge that falls under this policy is considered a violation of our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to permanently suspend or terminate accounts associated with fraudulent chargeback attempts.
If you have a genuine billing concern, please contact us directly before raising a dispute with your bank.
