PySpark Lab provides interactive learning, a hands-on code editor, and interview-preparation content for data engineering and PySpark. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at our discretion.

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for your activity and any charges.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited licence to access and use PySpark Lab for your own learning and interview preparation, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share PySpark Lab content.
• Use the platform or its content to build or train a competing product or AI model.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the service.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, or malicious content.

All platform content, branding, and materials are owned by PySpark Lab or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit, and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host and use it to operate and improve the service.

Premium plans are billed as one-time payments through our payment partners for the period you purchase (monthly or yearly) and do not auto-renew. Applicable taxes may apply. By paying, you also agree to the terms of the relevant payment provider.

All purchases are final. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy — no refunds or cancellations are offered once a payment is processed.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free or uninterrupted operation. We do not guarantee any particular interview or career outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PySpark Lab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the platform, with or without notice. You may stop using the service at any time.

The platform may rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of those services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date, and your continued use of PySpark Lab constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
